As we prepare for the start of the first day of school on September 1^st, we will be hosting open house meet and greet opportunities for our families:

  • 6^th Grade Families: Monday, August 23^rd from 3:30-5:30 PM
  • 7^th Grade Families: Tuesday, August 24^th from 3:30-5:30 PM
  • 8^th Grade Families: Thursday, August 26^th from 3:30-5:30 PM
• Where?
  • Back side of Aki Kurose Middle School Building off of 39^th S.
  • Outside between the school building and Brighton Playfield
  • Please observe social distancing and wear a mask to keep us all safe
• What?
  • Meet school staff and community-based organizations’ staff
  • Learn about Aki’s community resources and supports
  • Learn about Aki’s culturally specific mentorship programs
  • Get your questions answered by school staff
  • Pick up school supplies
