    Aki Pfizer Vaccination Clinics

Aki Family Communication: Friday, June 11th, 2021 @ 4 PM

    Hello Aki Families,

We are excited to announce that there will be a second Pfizer vaccination event for Aki students 12 years old and above. Pfizer covid-19 vaccine is now approved for people 12 years and older. Through a partnership with the City of Seattle, Public Health of Seattle & King County, and Seattle Fire Department SPS will host 39 COVID-19 vaccination clinics for SPS students. Our second Aki clinic will be on Tuesday, June 15th from 2-5:30 PM. Students and family members may receive their first or second dose. Parent/guardian consent is required for anyone under 18 years old for the first dose. If you have already had your first dose, bring your vaccination card with you to be updated, and no need for parent/guardian consent. Details will be included in an email coming to you and also available on our Aki Website and the SPS Website. Please reach out to us with any questions.

    Take care,

    Aki Admin Team
